Whatever your choice of aquatic sport or fitness program the conditions are right for you at Kawana Aquatics Centre!
As well as being the venue for the Australian Sports Commission Regional TID Program and the Donnet Diving Club the Diving Pool is the training base for the Sunshine Coast Water Polo Institute and the KAC Water Polo Cadets. The diving pool is also a popular facility with local aqua aerobics enthusiasts. Many local schools also use the diving pool for training and competition in diving and water polo. Several Sunshine Coast scuba diving businesses use the centre as their base for introductory lessons in their scuba diving programs.

50 METRE, 10 LANE, OLYMPIC POOL
The 50 metre pool is full of sporting opportunities having been the training base for many teams bound for World Championship or Olympic Games competition. The KAC High Performance and Emerging Swimmer Development squads and the Sunshine Coast Triathlon Academy squads train in the 50 metre pool in the early mornings and after school hours. The pool can accommodate visiting international teams and clubs as well as host training camps in well all aquatic sports and international standard swim meets and water polo events. The heated 50-metre pool is ideal for swimming laps for fitness.DIVING POOL

25 METRE LAP POOL
The KAC Junior Swimmer Development squads 25 metre pool in the early mornings and after school hours. The pool can accommodate school and club swim meets. The heated 50-metre pool is ideal for swimming laps for fitness. The pool is also regularly used for Powerade Inflatable parties, and advanced learn to swim classes where the focus is on developing efficient swimming strokes for swimmers in transition from the Swim School to the KAC Junior Swimmer Development Program.INDOOR HEATED POOL
The 20 metre enclosed pool is the home of the busy KAC Swim School where the professional team provides a range of programs from Introductory program for babies and toddlers to advanced stroke development classes. The pool is also suited to seniors who can get active in the water with aqua-aerobics or those who require hydrotherapy while undergoing rehabilitation.FAMILY DAY OUT
The endless summer in the tropical style pool makes for fun-filled days. Families enjoy days relaxing in the octopus themed wading pool. This child-friendly area will please all of the family.BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND WORK FUNCTIONS
